Introduction
Barry Cain’s first Sex Pistol interview - the first published interview with McLaren’s boys, can be assumed as promotion for the Anarchy Tour / Single. It was published in Record Mirror on December 11th 1976, nearly 2 weeks after the Grundy fuss and well into the tour cancellations, so it’s interesting these events are never mentioned - probably due too the chat being recorded before the tea time controversy hit. Still the feature has lots of classic Johnny comments - as well as some un-credited manic snaps. Dave Smitham |
