God Save The Sex Pistols Review by Makoto Yanagisako

You could be seen on stage again three days after Summer Sonic. Moreover, it is a club gig of only 2000 people. It is a valuable club gig in this festival tour. I can see you in a place that is smaller than a big stage in the locality (Tokyo). I am very honored.

The festival had persons who were not your fans either. However, it is only your fans this time. Various people have come from young kids to old fans. It is agreed that it is normal to be in an excited state of mind before it starts.

Everyone surged in front of the stage when Sex Pistols appeared. From the start of Pretty Vacant to its large chorus, the crowd dances from side to side. The members of the band seem to be happy.

When it was the encore, John showed undergarment of the union jack. In addition, undergarment was lowered and revealed. Audience was very excited.

There was a band member introduction by John at the end. Large chorus of 'Good night Sex Pistols'.

When it ended, my whole body was all of a sweat. It was dreamlike 90 minutes. I am happy to be one of your fans. Thank you Sex Pistols. Good night Sex Pistols.

Set list: Pretty Vacant / Seventeen / No Feelings / New York / Did You No Wrong / Liar / Holidays In The Sun / Belsen Was A Gas / Submission / (I'm Not Your) Stepping Stone / No Fun / Problems / God Save The Queen / EMI. Encore 1: Bodies / Anarchy In The UK. Encore 2: Silver Machine / Roadrunner
